What should a consumer look for when picking a collision repair shop? After an accident, you don’t know where to turn.  Everyone has an opinion on where to take your car.  Who should you trust?  What should you expect from the repair shop?

    I look for a neat, well-organized, up to date shop with vehicles in the parking lot. A courteous, helpful staff is a must. When I am in a shop I look for signs of professionalism which are Awards, Better Business Bureau plaques and Training Certifications on the wall.

    Referrals from other consumers
    Dealing with a shop you are comfortable with
